Unfortunately under no circumstances can we offer refunds or exchanges with any of our online courses. This is due to the nature of the product being digital and also downloadable. 

Upon completion an emailed certificate will be sent to your email address provided, however if you for any reason need the certificate sending again in the future this will incur a £5 fee.
