You're completion code appears in the bottom right corner of the video. This will appear at a random during the course. It will stay there for around 20 seconds, it can't be missed. Once you see the code write it down, so you dont forget it. Then once you have finished watching the video and completed the course you then input the code into the form to recieve your certficate.
Once you have chosen your course and purchased it. You will then have instant access to the 'members page'. At the top of the website, you will see a menu item called 'members page' click this then it will open a drop down menu, which you then click on the course which you have purchased, this will then take you straight to your online course.
Once you have comlepted the course and filled out the form 'receive your certificate' You will receive your official digital certficate within 14 days of completing your course. This will be sent to you via e-mail.
You also have the option to pay for a hard copy of your certficate. This will be £20. Please e-mail phatlash@outlook.com if would like a hard copy. Once paid for, you will receive this within 14 days.
